What I plan

Three kinds of trips, one standard

i.

Destination weddings

From an intimate ceremony for twenty to a full wedding week.

  • Resort shortlist matched to your guest count and budget
  • Room block for your guests: for 10 rooms or more, I'll negotiate a group rate with the hotel
  • Welcome dinner, rehearsal and farewell brunch with the resort
  • Airport transfers and arrival logistics
ii.

Milestone celebrations

Big birthdays, anniversaries, vow renewals and the trips that mark them.

  • The right suite, the right table, the right week
  • Private dinners and experiences arranged ahead
  • Surprises coordinated quietly with the hotel
iii.

Family & multi-gen

Grandparents to grandkids, comfortably under one roof (or a few).

  • Connecting rooms, villas and residence-style suites
  • Kids' clubs, accessibility and dietary needs handled
  • One itinerary everyone can follow
How it works

From first call to farewell brunch

Tell me the vision

Dates, guest count, the feeling you want. A short form, then a call.

Shortlist & quotes

Two or three resorts that truly fit, with real rates and what's included.

Room block

For 10 rooms or more, I'll negotiate a group rate with the hotel, along with the block's terms, including how many rooms you can release and when, so there are no surprises if guests book less than planned.

Guests book

Each guest gets a simple way to reserve, and I track every booking.

Celebrate

I stay on call through the trip for changes, arrivals and anything unexpected.

I focus on the travel side and work hand in hand with your wedding planner and the resort's events team.

Good to know

Questions couples ask first

How far ahead?

For the most sought-after resorts, 12 to 18 months, and up to two years for peak summer dates in Europe. It's the room block that books up first.

Does it cost more?

No. Hotels pay my commission, so you typically pay the same rate as booking direct, and many add VIP perks for you and your guests.

Do you replace our planner?

No. I handle the travel side and work alongside your planner and the resort's wedding team, so nothing falls between the cracks.

Let's begin

Tell me about the celebration.

Dates (even rough ones), roughly how many guests, and the places you're dreaming of. I'll come back within a day with a first shortlist.
