Privacy Policy

This website, curatedluxuryresorts.com, is run by Rafi Mizrahi, an independent luxury travel advisor affiliated with Fora Travel, under the name Travel Atelier ("I", "me"). This policy explains what personal information I collect through the site, why, and the choices you have.
What I collect
- Email signups. When you request the free Rome restaurant guide, I collect your email address.
- Inquiries. When you send a wedding or group inquiry, I collect what you enter: your name, email address, the type of celebration, approximate dates and guest count, destinations you have in mind, and any message.
- WhatsApp. If you message me on WhatsApp, I receive your phone number, WhatsApp profile name and what you send. WhatsApp is run by Meta and handled under WhatsApp's privacy policy.
- Trip planning. If you use the "Plan a trip" form, it is hosted by Fora Travel and handled under Fora's privacy policy.
- Technical data. Like any website, the hosting provider receives standard request information (such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to deliver and secure the site. I do not use advertising trackers.
How I use it
- To send you the guide you requested and, occasionally, travel ideas and offers by email. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- To reply to your inquiry and plan your trip.
- If you decide to book, to make reservations: your details are shared with Fora Travel and with the hotels and suppliers involved, as needed to complete the booking.
I do not sell or rent your personal information.
Service providers
I use a small number of trusted providers to run the site, each processing data on my behalf:
- Vercel: website hosting.
- MailerLite: email list and guide delivery.
- Resend: delivers inquiry form submissions to my inbox.
- WhatsApp (Meta): messages you choose to send me through WhatsApp Business.
- Google Fonts: serves the site's typefaces, which means Google receives your IP address when fonts load.
These providers may store data outside your country, including in the United States.
How long I keep it
Email subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe. Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to plan and support your travel and to meet record-keeping obligations, then deleted.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email. Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR or California's CCPA), you may also have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to object to certain uses. To make a request, email rafi.mizrahi@fora.travel and I will respond promptly.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16, and I do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, I will update the date at the top of this page.
